Terms
Last updated October 19, 2026. These terms are an agreement with MLN Learning LLC (“we”).
The service
SpamFlip scores form submissions, can hold an ambiguous submission for review, and can forward a submission to an address you configure. If the proxy cannot be reached, the snippet on your site can submit the form to its original action instead. Protection is not a guarantee that spam will be blocked or that a genuine message will be delivered.
Your site
You are responsible for the forms you protect, the destination you configure, and the notice you give your visitors. You will not use SpamFlip to relay messages to an address you do not control, to probe other people's systems, or to send unlawful content. We may refuse a forward address that is not a public HTTPS URL.
Accounts
Sign-in is by emailed link. You are responsible for the mailbox you use. Dashboard actions, including releasing a quarantined submission, apply to sites owned by your account.
Billing
Paid checkout is offered only when a price has been connected for that plan. The amount and what the plan includes are the ones Stripe presents at checkout. This site does not add a separate price list. Completing the return page after checkout does not by itself change your plan; the plan changes when Stripe confirms the subscription. You can cancel through Stripe. Taxes, if any, are handled by Stripe.
Disclaimers
The service is provided as available. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the extent the law allows. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation or that scoring will match your judgment.
To the extent the law allows, MLN Learning LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for a message that was blocked, delayed, or forwarded. Our total liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us for SpamFlip in the three months before the claim.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in the Commonwealth of Virginia have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of these terms.
Questions about these terms go through the contact form. We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page.
